  • Do you send valuable communications? 
    • A monthly newsletter by email or print
    • Invitations to industry events of interest
    • A quick email on a trend that would be helpful to their business
    • A thank you card for personal anniversaries and for the years of loyalty.
    • A referral to one of your strategic business partners that would be helpful to them.
  • Have you created an on-line presence?
    • Your Web site using the latest for Inbound Marketing.
    • Tools such as blogs and LinkedIn give you the ability to open up dialogue with your clients. They have the opportunity to comment and give you feedback about your service.
    • A business page on Facebook or forward a Tweet that would be of interest.
