- The number of marketing users. Typically there is one person licensed as the marketing manager
- The number of different active contacts. These are contacts in Creatio who have been sent an email during the current year. Increments of 1,000 contacts can be purchased.
- The number of times in one month that a contact is sent a bulk-email. The default of up to 5 times per month.
Creatio Marketing pricing: 1 user, 1,000 active contacts sent to in a year and up to 5 times receiving an email in a given month.
