Gartner's Critical Capabilities for Sales Force Automation

As you probably know, Gartner’s Critical Capabilities report is an organizations’ essential companion when it comes to identifying the features and peculiarities of various B2B products and services in regard to different use cases.

This report is important because the sales force automation market keeps evolving, with artificial intelligence for predictive sales being one of the 2020’s cross-cutting themes.

 

According to Gartner, Artificial intelligence (AI) for predictive sales forecasting, relationship health scoring or opportunity health scoring is now offered by more than half of the sales force automation (SFA) vendors.
