You need answers quickly.  Who has been talking with your key accounts, when did my team last communicate, and what has been happening with your top contacts in those accounts?

Creatio CRM has timelines available to get a chronological insights of your customer history. The "Timeline" tab provides quick access to information about tasks, communications, additional and other liked objects in Creatio.    This tab is available by default in the following sections:

  • Contacts
  • Accounts
  • Leads
  • Opportunities
  • Cases

FYI:  You can add the [Timeline] tab to other Creatio sections using developer tools.
