Sales force automation tools standardize a company’s core CRM sales processes. This Gartner Critical Capabilities research evaluates 16 SFA vendors against three use cases. Application leaders supporting sales should use our use-case-specific rankings to identify vendors for further evaluation.

Creatio scores highly in B2C sales use cases, and notable improvements have been made to the activity management functions. For example, it has the full ability to display the engagement activity of contacts throughout the sales life cycle, including the ability to parse email communications and autosuggest meeting scheduling.
 
It supports integration with both Google Mail and Outlook and their respective calendar solutions. Additional improvements have been made to the lead management capabilities and most notably the ability to route leads based on sales skills or predictive scores.
 
Chatbot functions integrate with multiple communication mediums, such as Facebook Messenger, LiveChat, WhatsApp, and others. While Sales Creatio has conversational intelligence capabilities, it is basic when compared with other solutions presented in this research.
 
For example, the solution allows you to transcribe and navigate through conversations, capturing call duration and call count quantity, but it does not display keywords (mentioned during the conversation), provide sentiment analysis, or offer some of the effectiveness measurements used for coaching.
