SalesLogix Mobile - Tip using Context Sensitive Quick Actions Toolbar

Infor CRM (Saleslogix Mobile) 2.0 Tip

The SalesLogix 2.0 mobile click has context sensitive quick actions tool bar that is readily available. This is available from the lists of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Notes/History.

Clicking on the far left icon beside each record in a list, such as this list of ‘My accounts” will pop open a quick actions tool bar:

As the quick action bar applies to contacts:

Edit the contact record.

Call the main company office or their mobile phone.

Move to the main company account record.

Send an Email

Add a note to the contact/account

Add a new scheduled activity to your calendar

As the quick action bar applies to Opportunities:

Edit the opportunities information.

Go to the company account.

Go to the contact for this opportunity.

Add a note.

Add a new scheduled activity for the opportunity/contact/account at once.

As the quick action bar applies to Notes/History records:

Go to the company account of this history record.

Open up the related opportunity to this record.

Open up the related contact record to this record.
