ACT! by Sage Named Product of the Year Award winner

Julie and I are proud to announce that ACT! By Sage contact and customer management software was recently named Product of the Year Award Winner by TMC(R) Customer Inter@ction Solutions(R) Magazine.

ACT! was citied for outstanding innovation based on new user navigation, social media integration and subscription-based E-marketing services introduced in 2009.

I was one of the beta testers for ACT! 2010 last summer and was immediately impressed with the major user interface enhancements to make it simpler and  create an improved user experience.
