The following are 2010 presentations to local business leaders in Elkhart, Mishawaka and South Bend - "Michiana" relating to Business Relationship Development.

A room full of Michiana area professionals and consultants were on hand August 17, 2010 for a presentation titled,"Are you keeping in touch with prospects? Or are you out of touch with the way things work in today's Internet World?"

Over 20 business owners from the local chapter of Glasser-Kennedy were introduced to the latest and most popular Contact Management system used by Small business owners in Elkhart, Indiana.  Prospect and customer focused nurtured marketing was displayed along with Social media integration and electronic marketing integration directly with the contact records in Sage ACT!.

In April of 2010, the business leaders and members of the Michiana BNI (Business Networking International) chapter listened intently as Dick Wooden and Julie Cooper presented " BNI  - Attract and ACT! -  An Introduction to Customer Relationship Management".  Dick is the immediate past president of the local chapter.
